I have scheduled the extra taping sessions for the two lectures where I will be out-of-town. Lecture 13 will be taped at 3 PM-4:15 PM next Tuesday, February 2nd. This lecture will air February 23rd. Lecture 14 will be taped at 3 PM-4:15 PM the following Tuesday, Febraury 9th. Lecture 14 will air February 25th. In-class students can attend the pre-taping sessions if they desire, otherwise, the tapes will be played in class on Feb. 23rd and 25th respectively.

With respect to conceptual integrity in the user-interface, I discussed a project from Xerox PARC that visualizes file systems. For more information on this and related work, take a look at Xerox PARC's information visualization research. The project I discussed was called cone trees and is located near the bottom of that page.
