Department Hosting 2005 ACM Regional Programming Contest

October 2005

The Department of Computer Science will be hosting the 2005 Rocky Mountain Regional ACM Programming Contest at the end of October. The regional contest will be held on October 29, 2005 in the Computer Science Educational Labs (CSEL) in ECCS 128 in the Engineering Complex from 10:00am to 3:00pm. A practice contest will be held on October 28 in the evening starting at 7:30pm.

For more information on the CU-Boulder component of the regional contest, see CU-Boulder's 2005 Rocky Mountain Regional ACM Programming Contest.

The contest is being organized by Professor John Black. Contact John if you are interested in participating. In addition, our local ACM Student Chapter will be helping to host the contest.

The ACM Programming Contest is a great way to challenge and hone your programming skills while working on a team within a competitive and fun environment. We look forward to a great contest this year! Come join the fun!
